"Ticket payment was a frustrating mess"
I tried to buy tickets and ended up having to attempt the payment twice, which was annoying. The first payment didn’t go through on the site, or at least it said it failed, but then I checked my bank account and the charge was still sitting there as pending. So I was stuck wondering if I had actually paid or not, and I didn’t want to accidentally get charged twice. I reached out to support, but they were really slow to respond, which just made the whole thing feel more stressful than it needed to be. In the end, it was a frustrating experience for something that should’ve been simple.

I tried using whufc on my phone it was a pain. The pages were loading really slowly, the menus kept jumping around, and buying tickets took way longer than it should have. I had to refresh a few times just to get through it. They’ve talked before about improving the fan experience online, but it really doesn’t feel like that promise has been kept. For a club this size, it’s just not good enough.

"Kinda confusing when you need info fast"
I tried checking kick-off times and travel details on whufc.com, but it was kinda confusing to use. It took ages to find the right pages, and the info didn’t really feel up to date. Not ideal when you’re already on your way and just need a quick answer.

"Stock info seems off"
I tried ordering a shirt twice, and both times the size looked like it was in stock right up until checkout, then it suddenly wasn’t available anymore. I came back the next day thinking it might’ve been fixed, but the same thing happened again. Sure the stock info just isn’t updating properly. It’s frustrating when it’s the official site and you still can’t really trust what’s showing as available. Ended up wasting time and didn’t buy anything

I paid for the membership thinking there would actually be some decent perks, but it hasn’t felt worth it. Getting tickets is still basically impossible, and the discounts are nothing special. At this point it feels like I paid for a bunch of emails and a membership card. Whoever runs this really needs to rethink what members are actually getting.

"Pretty Hit or Miss Experience"
This place felt hit or miss. There were queues everywhere, which got old fast, and the seats felt cramped the whole time. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I wouldn’t say it was super comfortable either.

"Not quite the quality I was hoping for"
I ordered a West Ham shirt from whufc and it did arrive quickly, so no complaints there really. That said, the quality isn’t quite what I expected. The printing feels a bit thin, and after just one wash it already looks slightly worn. Maybe I was expecting too much for the price, but I did think it would hold up better. It’s probably fine for wearing around the house, but I’m not overly happy with it.

I’ll be honest, I quickly assumed something was wrong because the tracking never moved at all. I reached out to support, but they just kept telling me to wait. Maybe it was delayed, but from my side it felt like nothing was happening and nobody really had an answer.

I came away feeling like the value just isn’t there. The prices on whufc.com are steep, especially for shirts and basic items that don’t really feel any better than cheaper stuff you can find elsewhere. Then you get to checkout and the delivery charge bumps the total up even more, which is just frustrating. It also feels like extra effort having to compare prices, wait for discounts, and double-check whether it’s actually worth it. I know club gear is never going to be cheap, but this does feel like taking the mick a bit. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to buy again unless there’s a proper sale on...

"Really frustrating account experience"
I’ve had a annoying time trying to manage my whufc.com account. I think I tried resetting my password sometime last week, or maybe the week before, but it took ages to come through and then the reset link didn’t even work the first time. When I finally managed to get in, I couldn’t update some of my details properly and the site just kept sending me round in circles. It wasn’t clear what had actually saved and what hadn’t. Support got back to me eventually, but the reply was slow and didn’t really help much. For a club this size, the account side of the website feels really poor. 1 star from me.

I tried to return a shirt the whole thing was just annoying. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t clear, and I’m still waiting for my refund. It’s ridiculous how much hassle it’s been. I expected a lot better from West Ham United

"Just felt like it wasn’t going anywhere"
I had a problem with an order on whufc, my gut feeling quickly was that it wasn’t going to be a smooth fix. The replies took a while and felt like standard copy-and-paste responses rather than someone actually reading what I was asking. After a few messages, I still didn’t have a real solution and was basically just told to wait again. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but for me the whole thing felt frustrating and poorly handled. I wouldn’t use it again unless I really had no other choice

I was trying to buy tickets, but the app kept crashing every time I got to checkout. It was really frustrating, especially since I was ready to purchase and didn’t expect to run into this kind of issue. I’d appreciate an apology and some sort of fix so this doesn’t happen again...

Ordered from West Ham United and the delivery was way slower than I expected.. didn’t get much in the way of updates either which was annoying. It was supposed to be a gift too so the timing really mattered. Bit disappointing tbh

"Shipping cost put me off completely"
I was about to buy a shirt from whufc.com, but then I saw the shipping price and thought, how is this okay? It made the whole order feel barely worth it, especially for what seemed like a normal delivery. I don’t really understand why it costs that much. Ended up just leaving it, which was annoying.

"Ticket Wouldn’t Load at the Gate"
Tried using whufc.com for my ticket and it just would not load when I got to the gate. The staff tried, but they didn’t seem to know what to do either, so I was just stood there getting more and more stressed. What made it worse was the usual canned apology after, like that somehow fixes it. Really not good enough when you’re just trying to get into the match.

I went on West Ham United just to check ticket info. Simple enough, or so I thought. But it was a bit of a nightmare. Pages taking ages to load, menus all over the place, and I kept clicking around only to end up basically back where I started. Tried it on my phone too. Worse. Things jumping about, buttons not responding properly, the whole thing just felt clunky. For a club that big, the site feels really outdated. After about 10 minutes I just gave up.
